Plan Your Card Order One Step at a Time

Ordering for yourself or a team in India? Start with the details each person needs on the card, then review the design, delivery address and price shown at checkout.

From Choosing Your Card to Placing the Order

Use these steps to prepare the information you need and check it before completing checkout.

    Choose Options and Count Cards for Each Person

    Choose from the size, plastic colour and effects shown on the product page. Allow at least 250 cards for each person with their own details. The India homepage quantity prices let you compare the base configuration in INR; check your selected options again at checkout.

    Prepare the Design for Your Chosen Route

    Follow the instructions in the design flow you choose. For a ready-made file, check the current upload guidance before sending it. Confirm names, contact details and the lettering at the actual card size, especially if your artwork contains more than one language.

    Review the Order and Delivery Address

    Review the order summary and any preview available in your design flow. Enter the address where the cards should arrive. For delivery to India, select India and check the state and PIN code along with the rest of the address.

    Check Delivery, Currency and the Total Before Paying

    Compare the standard and express information shown for the selected delivery country and postcode. Check the quote currency, shipping charge and total, then use the payment options presented in checkout.

    Keep the Order Reference and Delivery Information

    After checkout completes, keep the order reference and details available for your order. The delivery period shown is the total number of business days for production and shipping together. Do not add separate production or shipping days to it.

Check the Artwork Before Submitting It

Use this checklist for each person whose details appear on the cards.

    Read each name, role, phone number, email address and website carefully.

    Check the lettering and layout at the chosen card size; leave enough room for the important details.

  3. 3

    If the artwork includes Hindi, English or another language, check every version for spelling, spacing and missing characters.

  4. 4

    Check the current instructions for the selected design or upload route before sending the file.

The displayed delivery period includes production and shipping in one total measured in business days. Check the current period for your selected delivery country and postcode.

Read it as the total business days for production and shipping together. The current period depends on the order details shown at checkout; use the standard or express information for the selected delivery country and postcode.

Follow the current upload instructions, then check the file you plan to send. Confirm the chosen card size and each person’s details, including any Hindi or English lettering.

Check them while preparing the design and again before completing checkout. For a team order, review each person’s version separately rather than assuming that every card has the same information.

Open the Returns and Cancellation page from the site navigation for the current conditions. Contact support with the order reference if you need help applying them to an existing order.

Use the shipping charge in the current quote for the selected delivery country, postcode and delivery method. Check that charge, the quote currency and the total before paying.

The minimum is 250 cards for each person. Count everyone who needs cards with their own details and apply the minimum separately for each person.
